Are There Any Fees for Providing Strategies?

TradingMoon does not charge Strategy Providers any fee for creating or publishing Copy Trading strategies.

However, effective 4 July 2026, Spotware, the provider of the cTrader Copy platform, applies a 30% platform commission to the fees earned by Strategy Providers through cTrader Copy.

The commission is deducted from the Strategy Provider's earned fees and applies to applicable Performance Fees, Management Fees and Volume Fees configured for the strategy.

This commission:

• is imposed by Spotware;
• is deducted only from the Strategy Provider's earned fees;
• does not increase the fees paid by investors; and
• is not a TradingMoon fee.

Investors continue to pay only the fees displayed before they begin copying a strategy.
